Not the Right Fit? We’ll Make It Right.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s off, here’s how we handle it:

  • 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Print-on-demand items (apparel, mugs, etc.) are made to order — these are final sale unless there’s a defect or error on our end
  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it immediately — no questions asked

To start a return, email us at support@zenwolf.shop with your order number and a photo if applicable.
