What is Zenwolf?
Zenwolf is a mental health awareness brand built to support people who are struggling — and to remind them they are never alone. Inspired by the strength, loyalty, and resilience of wolves, every product we create carries a message of hope. A portion of our efforts goes toward helping people facing real-life hardships like affording rent, groceries, and everyday necessities.
Why did you start Zenwolf?
Zenwolf was born from a deep desire to break the stigma around mental health and build a community where people feel seen, supported, and valued. We believe that wearing your truth is powerful — and that small acts of awareness can change lives.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days for standard shipping within the US. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping times and rates vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Zenwolf purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
