We understand that plans change. Here’s how cancellations work at ZenWolf.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support2026@zenwolf.shop with your order number.
After 24 Hours
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
Subscription Cancellations
If you are subscribed to a ZenWolf subscription box or recurring service, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds on Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
