If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery

 Returns, refunds, and cancellations

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions in our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions. Do not send a return to an address without receiving those instructions.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already entered processing or shipped.
